Pembroke Realty Group and Beth Sholom Village have announced a new senior citizen community for Virginia Beach, Va.
The seven-story community will have 124 self-contained units, 20 assisted living units and 12 memory support units. It is scheduled to open in fall 2023.
The senior community will be built next to Target’s parking lot on land owned by Pembroke Square Associates, reported local media outlet The Virginian Pilot. The senior living project is the first element of the real estate group’s multi-phase project to transform the Pembroke area into a mixed-use community with residences, offices, a hotel, more restaurants, entertainment and retail.
