Immobilien Gruppe has been awarded a new property management mandate by Peakside Capital, owner of the 14 properties which comprise Theodor Portfolio 1 S.à.r.l. and Theodor Portfolio 2 S.à.r.l.
“The mandate covers a total of almost 398,000 square feetof floor space across multiple locations,” said Markus Reinert FRICS, CEO of IC Immobilien Gruppe. “Thanks to our strategic focus on regional strength and close proximity to our clients, we have the necessary expertise and capacity to guarantee optimal customer service.”
Peakside Capital has also appointed the Munich-based Marienburg Real Estate GmbH to provide asset management services. The properties in the two portfolios are distributed throughout Germany.
The mandate for Theodor Portfolio 1 covers the management of 13 properties, five in North Rhine-Westphalia, two in Bavaria, two in Baden-Württemberg and one each in Berlin, Bremen, Saxony and Lower Saxony. Of these, one is a residential building and 12 are office buildings, with a combined total of more than 378,000 square feet of rentable space. The properties’ tenants include a system provider, management consultancy and a tax consultant. The largest tenant, across multiple locations, is a health insurance company.
For the Theodor Portfolio 2, IC Immobilien Gruppe manages a fully-let, almost 19,800-square-foot office building in Hanover. The sole tenant is also a health insurance company.
