PCCP, Panattoni to develop industrial project in South Carolina

A joint venture of PCCP and Panattoni Development Company has plans to develop Abner Creek Logistics Center, a class A industrial warehouse totaling 182,520 square feet situated on a 16.5-acre site on the east side of Deyoung Road in Greer, S.C., in the Greenville-Spartanburg market. Construction will commence in second quarter 2022 with completion expected in fourth quarter 2022.

The project will be a 32’ clear height, rear-load, concrete tilt-up warehouse with 44 trailer parking spaces, 123 car parking spaces and 33 dock doors. The site provides excellent access to I-85, is across I-85 from BMW’s manufacturing facility, and is six miles from the Greer Inland Port, which connects to the Port of Charleston.
