PCCP has held a $601 million final close for PCCP Equity VII on Aug. 31, according to IREI’s FundTracker database. PCCP did not comment on its fundraising efforts.
PCCP Equity VII surpassed its $500 million equity fundraising target. The opportunistic fund targets office, multifamily, retail and industrial assets, though up to 20 percent of the fund’s capital may be used for development.
Its predecessor, PCCP Equity VI, closed in June 2013 after raising $246 million.
