A joint venture of PCCP and Doran Cos. has plans to develop a class A, 350-unit multifamily project located on 5.15 acres at 5959 Shady Oak Road in Minnetonka, Minn.
The developer is scheduled to break ground on the project in September.
Amenities will include a dog park, community garden, clubhouse, outdoor patio, pool and garage parking.
