PATRIZIA AG collects new capital for Pan-European fund

PATRIZIA AG has raised €220 million ($267 million) of new equity for its PanEuropean Property Limited Partnership, the firm’s flagship core open-ended balanced fund.

The new capital came from 11 new institutional investors.

PanEuropean is a Luxembourg-based, open-ended fund with a core strategy that specializes in the acquisition and management of mainly commercial properties located in major cities and in Western Europe and Scandinavia. The fund’s overall weighting to the logistics sector has increased to about a third, and the office sector to another third, with the balance consisting of residential and food-anchored retail.

PATRIZIA said the PanEuropean fund has outperformed every fund in MSCI’s Pan-European Property Fund Index on a five-year annualized basis.
