Partners Group, a global markets investment manager, is targeting up to €5 billion ($5.6 billion) for its new direct infrastructure fund.
The firm was unable to comment on its fundraising efforts.
In the first half of 2019, Partners Group received €7.4 billion ($8.2 billion) in commitments from its global client base across all private market asset classes, bringing the firm’s total assets under management to €79.8 billion ($89.4 billion) as of June 30, according to the firm.
The firm reported that €10 billion ($11 billion), or 12 percent, of its assets under management were dedicated to private infrastructure.
