Panattoni, a major project developer for industrial and logistics properties in Europe, has purchased an area in Könnern, Saxony-Anhalt, in Germany. The company plans to develop a logistics site with four modern, commercial lots characterized by a high degree of flexibility and third-party usability.
The new Panattoni Park Halle (Saale) Nord will be divided into two lots. With around 159,000 square meters (1.7 million square feet) of surface area, the project represents one of the largest developments in the region. The majority of the space is hall space, with office space and mezzanine space available as well. Panattoni is primarily addressing companies from the automotive, storage, ecommerce and trade segments.
The site of the new structure is characterized by its excellent connection to the A14 motorway and is well-connected to public transit via a nearby train station.
