Panattoni to build sustainable last-mile logistics facility in England

Panattoni, the largest logistics real estate developer in the United Kingdom and Europe, has submitted plans for a speculative 80,000-square-foot, last-mile logistics development in Heathrow, England — Panattoni Poyle 80. Panattoni purchased the site in the first quarter of the year.

Panattoni Poyle 80 will feature single-story, grade-A office accommodation, 12.5-meter (41-foot) clear internal height, five dock doors, two level access doors, 37 car parking spaces and 24/7 unrestricted use. Panattoni is planning a net-zero carbon development that will be built to a BREEAM sustainability rating of “Excellent” and an EPC rating of “A” with enhanced sustainability credentials, including photovoltaic roof panels and 20 percent electric vehicle parking spaces.
