Panattoni has sold three fully commercialized industrial parks in prime locations, totaling 135,000 square meters (1.5 million square feet) in the Silesia, Poznan, and Lodz regions of Poland, for €100 million ($105 million).
The sold parks include Panattoni Park Zory (37,600 square meters/404,723 square feet); Panattoni Park Poznan XIII (42,000 square meters/452,084 square feet); and Panattoni Park Lodz A1 (56,000 square meters/602,779 square feet).
The acquired parks are fully leased. Each facility has achieved a high standard of BREEAM certification, offering energy- and water-efficient solutions and promoting employee well-being.
