Panattoni breaks ground on warehouse project in Sweden

Panattoni, one of Europe’s largest developers of modern logistics properties, has broken ground on its Panattoni Park Rosersberg project, which will offer a total of 40,000 square meters (430,556 square feet) of warehouse space spread across two buildings near Stockholm.

Panattoni said this is one of Sweden’s best logistics locations, with a close connection to Rosersberg’s combi terminal and near Stockholm. Fredrik Jagersjö Rosell, managing director at Panattoni, said establishing a presence in Rosersberg is in line with the company’s strategy to offer its customers spaces in more central locations.

Construction company YLAB is reinforcing the outer roof of Panattoni Park Rosersberg in preparation for the potential installation of solar panels. The interior is based on flexible modular solutions so that the space can be adapted to new or more tenants without major reconstructions.
