Palladius Capital Management seeks $300m in CRE debt investments

Palladius Capital Management is seeking $300 million in commercial real estate debt investments in the United States.

The firm is well-capitalized and able to begin making investments immediately to take advantage of the favorable market conditions for competitively priced, customized financing solutions.

Palladius is targeting construction and transitional commercial real estate debt investments, which it plans to hold on its balance sheet. Specifically, the firm is focused on originating, acquiring and managing first mortgages, B-notes, mezzanine debt and preferred equity. Palladius is seeking high-quality borrowers with sound business plans that require flexible financing solutions – ranging in size from $2 million to $40 million – across most asset classes, including multifamily, student housing, industrial, hospitality and single-family housing.
