Palatine Capital Partners launches new real estate fund

Palatine Capital Partners, a principal investment firm based in New York City that focuses on small and mid-cap real estate assets, has launched a new real estate fund, according to a filing with the SEC. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.

Palatine Real Estate Fund III is the third fund in the firm’s commingled discretionary fund series. According to the filing, the firm has raised $222.2 million for the fund so far. An equity fundraising target was not disclosed.

Palatine Capital Partners pursues opportunistic direct real estate investments in all asset classes across the United States.
