The government of Vietnam has given the green light for a 115-kilometer (71-mile) long expressway project to move forward as a public-private partnership strategy, according to InfraPPP.
The $901 million Dong Dang-Tra Linh expressway project will connect Lang Son province and Cao Bang province in the north and be constructed in two phases.
Phase one will be constructed between 2020 and 2024 and phase 2 will be carried out after 2025. Work will feature four lanes, a median strip and a safety strip.
