Oxland Group has announced 1,200 high-quality, well-segmented residential homesites will be delivered in Phase One at Painted Tree in McKinney, Texas. The 1,100-acre residential community, projected to open in 2022, is located north of U.S. Highway 380 near Lake Forest Boulevard.
“This is the largest first phase delivery of lots in the Dallas-Fort Worth area,” said Tom Woliver, co-president and founder of Oxland Group. “This delivery will help provide a solution when demand is outpacing supply at record levels in North Texas. It will also serve as a valuable steppingstone for further development north.”
Painted Tree will include approximately 3,400 total residential homesites offering single-family detached, townhomes and semi-custom homes. An initial list of builders includes Trophy Signature Homes, Normandy Homes, CB Jeni Homes, Tri Pointe Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, and Drees Custom Homes.
