Oxford Properties Group has appointed Sara Queen as executive vice president and head of U.S. operations, effective July 20.
Based in New York, Queen will have overall responsibility for the strategic leadership, performance and growth of the U.S. operations.
The United States is a core market for Oxford, where, together with its platform companies, it manages about $19 billion of assets and accounts for about 40 percent of Oxford’s global portfolio across equity and credit investments.
Previously, she served as head of real estate equity at MetLife Investment Management, where she led a $38 billion real estate platform with a team of more than 150 people across seven offices. Her role included overseeing investment strategy and execution, portfolio and asset management, and development. During her tenure, she helped drive double-digit growth in gross assets under management (AUM) and annual revenue while leading $11 billion in acquisitions.
