Ørsted expands group executive team with two new members

Ørsted is expanding its group executive team with the appointment of two new members.

Amanda Dasch is being hired as chief development officer and will head up Ørsted’s commercial development activities across its three regions – Europe, Americas and Asia Pacific – as well as trading and revenue, group strategy and innovation, and group stakeholder relations functions. Dasch is now CEO of the Americas region at Ørsted and has 20 years of leadership experience from the energy industry. She will relocate to Denmark and will continue as interim CEO of region Americas until her successor is found.

Godson Njoku will step into the role of chief generation officer leading Ørsted Generation, with responsibility for the performance of Ørsted’s European fleet of energy-generating assets.
