Hammerson has announced that Orion European Real Estate Fund V had notified the company that it did not intend to complete the purchase of a portfolio of seven retail parks, despite exchanging unconditional contracts in February 2020.
Orion European Real Estate Fund V closed in 2017 with €1.5 billion ($1.62 billion) in equity commitments.
