Less than three miles from the four-way interchange of Interstate 94 and Highway 50, the industrial building will offer tenants excellent freeway access. Located at 6222 77th Ave., the building is 48 minutes from O’Hare International Airport, 35 minutes from Mitchell International Airport, and five minutes from Kenosha Regional Airport.

Mike Robinson, senior director of real estate development for Opus. “The modern building is exceptionally close — less than a five-minute drive — from key area amenities, which will be a great benefit to users looking for industrial space in Southeastern Wisconsin.
