Carmen Wade has joined Operis, an adviser in project and infrastructure finance, as its new head of North America and lead advisory director for the region.
Wade joins the firm from Deloitte, where she began her career and was promoted to a partner role in 2015. At Deloitte, Wade advised globally on multiple infrastructure and public-private-partnership projects, including the cross-border Gordie Howe International Bridge project spanning from Canada to the United States. Once complete, the Gordie Howe International Bridge will be among the top five longest bridges in North America.
According to Operis, Wade brings a unique level of experience in facilitating complex multi-stakeholder public/private sector partnerships.
