One Liberty Properties has sold a 47,200-square-foot building and the related parking lot located in West Hartford, Conn., for $40.5 million. The new owner was not disclosed.
The retail property is leased to Whole Foods.
The sale is part of the firm’s plan to focus more on industrial properties in well-located markets.
