Omnibuild has plans to construct 122 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan’s Union Square.
Partnering with developer Bromley Companies and STUDIOS Architecture, the full-scale renovation seeks to modernize the historic building from the inside out.
The gut renovation will feature new MEP systems and equipment and passenger elevators with touchless technology. Brick masonry and precast stone will clad a new, 10-story addition along 17th Street to match that of the existing building’s landmarked facade. The main roof will include a new single-story steel and glass enclosed pavilion pop-up, surrounded by green space, landscape lighting and seating areas.
