Omnes has completed the final close of its Capenergie 4 fund with €660 million ($805 million) in capital commitments, surpassing its target size of €500 million ($610 million).
Capenergie 4 launched at the end of 2019 and collected investments from both existing and new French and international investors. Limited partners include the European Investment Bank, BPI France, as well as French and European insurance companies, pension funds, family offices, foundations and funds of funds.
Fund 4 is the largest in the Capenergie fund series, with Capenergie 1 raising €109 million ($133 million) in 2006, Capenergie 2 raising €145 million ($176 million) in 2010 and Capenergie 3 raising €245 million ($298 million) in 2017.
