Omnes Capital, a European private equity firm dedicated to the energy transition, has announced the strategic appointments of Caroline Kragerud as partner investor relations and Joost Notenboom as head of ESG & sustainability.
With nearly two decades of experience in the infrastructure industry, Kragerud joins the investor relation team at Omnes Capital alongside partner Miria Späth-Werder. After working for the global utility Veolia, Kragerud joined Cube Infrastructure’s investment team in 2010. In 2015, she was appointed head of investor relations at the firm and built a global investor base.
Notenboom brings a strong background in sustainability to Omnes. He will work to incorporate material ESG factors into all phases of Omnes’ investments. Notenboom was previously at KPMG and EY and worked for asset managers in the Netherlands and Australia.
