Okura Hotel Co. forms JV with Jinjiang and Nomura Land Building Co.

Okura Hotel Co. has formed a new joint venture with Jinjiang International (Holdings) Co. and Nomura Land Building Co. to provide conditions for the continued cooperation of the three parties and the continued successful development of the Garden Hotel.

The hotel's current cooperation agreement expired March 19, 2020. So far, the Garden Hotel has been operating successfully for 30 years under the ownership of Nomura China Investment Co.

After the new joint venture is established, the ownership of the hotel will be borne by Shanghai Jinjiang Garden Hotel Co. The hotel will continue to operate under the Okura brand and management system, aiming to provide Okura's unique and local-quality services.
