The Oklahoma Teachers’ Retirement System is seeking an investment manager for its open-end noncore real estate strategy.
The pension fund has narrowed its search to several finalists, which include Brookfield Asset Management, J.P. Morgan Asset Management and Principal Real Estate Investors.
According to a request for proposal document issued in November 2019, applicants were required to have an open‐end investment vehicle with at least $1.5 billion in assets under management in noncore real estate strategies.
