The $8.6 billion Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System has issued an RFP for commercial real estate property management services for a single direct investment, according to Joe Fox, executive director.
The board is looking for property management for a 100,000-square-foot office property in Oklahoma City.
Proposals are due Nov. 5. The RFP is available on the retirement system’s website.
