Oilfield Water Logistics (OWL), a provider of water-infrastructure solutions primarily in the Permian Basin and portfolio company of Instar Asset Management, has appointed Nick Hines as president and COO.
Hines, who joined OWL in 2018, has more than 15 years of experience in oil and gas upstream operations as well as water midstream operations.
In addition, Todd Abbott, a seasoned professional in the energy industry with more than 25 years of experience, has been appointed to the board and management team as executive chair. Abbott has held senior executive positions at oil and gas exploration and production companies operating in the Permian Basin. Most recently, he was senior vice president, strategic planning at Marathon Oil Company.
OWL partners with North American producers primarily in the Northern Delaware Basin in Texas and New Mexico to deliver safe, reliable and sustainable water-infrastructure solutions.
