Ohio Highway Patrol fund invests in U.S. real estate

The $925 million Ohio State Highway Patrol Retirement System has made a $15 million follow-on commitment to the Long Wharf Real Estate Partners VI fund, a value-add fund managed by Long Wharf Capital.

Ohio previously invested in the two previous funds in the series, Long Wharf Real Estate Partners IV and Long Wharf Real Estate Partners V.

The pension fund could not be reached to comment on its recent investment efforts.

The Long Wharf Real Estate Partners VI fund invests in a variety of real estate sectors in the United States, including CBD office, hotel, industrial, multifamily, retail and suburban office assets. The fund is targeting $500 million.
