JLL Capital Markets announced that it has completed the sale of 2101 E Jefferson Street, a 222,000-square-foot office building situated on four acres in North Bethesda, Md.
JLL represented the seller and procured the buyer.
Built in 1985 and currently vacant, the property is located less than a mile from Pike & Rose, Montgomery County’s newest mixed-use development, and within walking distance of the North Bethesda Metrorail station. Featuring 50-plus restaurants and retailers as well as 750-plus apartment units, Pike & Rose has transformed North Bethesda into a true live-work-play destination.
