NYSSA hosts 3rd annual real estate outlook event

The New York Society of Security Analysts will host its 3rd Annual Real Estate Outlook conference on June 8 at the NYSSA Conference Center in New York.

Attendees will learn where investors should put new capital, how new supply and rising rates will affect prospective returns, and which sectors offer the most and least attractive opportunities.

Geoffrey Dohrmann, president and CEO of Institutional Real Estate, Inc., will serve as moderator at the event. Other speakers and organizers of the event include Kevin Maxwell, managing director at Nuveen; Steven Bloom, portfolio manager and consultant; Michael Acton, managing director and head of research at AEW Capital Management; Jack Gay, global head of commercial real estate debt at TH Real Estate; Richard Paoli, senior portfolio manager at APG Asset Management; Robert (Bo) Rogers, senior consultant at Courtland Partners; and Ted Bigman, managing director at Morgan Stanley.

NYSSA is a nonprofit organization, serving as a forum for the investment community since 1937.
