The New York State Common Retirement Fund (NYSCRF) has acquired an $85 million industrial warehouse park, according to a monthly transaction report.
Located in Baltimore, City Logistics is an industrial warehouse park of more than 300,000 square feet. The industrial park was acquired through the Real Estate Separate Account Program and closed on Jan. 14, 2025.
NYSCR is a public pension fund with $278 billion in total assets under management, as of Dec. 31, 2024. As of then, it had $27 billion in total assets under management with a 12 percent real estate allocation goal.
