Nuveen has added two new members for its alternatives business development team.
Scott Beltz has been appointed managing director, real estate product specialist, responsible for covering the western region. He is based in Los Angeles. Prior to joining Nuveen, Beltz was with American Realty Advisors, where he served as a senior vice president working with U.S. institutional investors on their real estate mandates. Beltz’s additional experience includes serving as managing director, head of Americas and Australia, investor relations at PAG Asia and as a managing director, marketing and client relations, at Oaktree Capital Management.
And Jenny Wilkening has been appointed managing director, real estate product specialist, responsible for the midwestern region. She is based in Chicago.
