Northwood Investors pays $120m for SoCal office property

Northwood Investors has bought the 288,000-square-foot Symantec Southern California Campus in Culver City, Calif., for $120 million.

The seller was NortonLifeLock, the company formerly known as Symantec.

The office building will still be headquarters for NortonLifeLock, which has a seven-year lease on two stories of the five-story building. Other tenants at the Corporate Pointe complex include payroll company ADP, Red Light Media and Antioch University.
