In a March 30 news release, Northland Power announced its purchase of an offshore wind farm project off the coast of British Columbia from its developer, NaiKun Wind Energy Group.

Northland did not disclose how much it paid for the NaiKun Offshore Wind Farm, which is located in the Hecate Strait and is in early stages of development.
