Northeast Denver office campus trades to local investor for $66m

An affiliate of Equus Capital Partners has sold Gateway Centre, a four-building office campus totaling 299,614 square feet in Denver, Colo., for $66.85 million to Flywheel Capital.

“Gateway Centre saw tremendous interest from investors due to the quality of the assets and the growth story in Northeast Denver,” said Peter Merrion, senior director of JLL Capital Markets, which marketed the property on behalf of the seller. “Many companies choose this area to be accessible to the growing labor dynamics in Denver and our team was thrilled to work on this exciting property.”

Gateway Centre is positioned on 19.33 acres at 3950, 3800 and 3855 Lewiston St. in Aurora and 4400 Kittredge St. in Northeast Denver.
