Nightingale Group and Wafra Capital Partners are seeking a five-year, $860 million loan to redevelop 111 Wall St. in Manhattan, reported media outlets.
The financial district property, which totals 1.1 million square feet, was once fully leased to Citigroup and known as the Citibank Building.
The renovations include a new facade and high-end amenities, including a 125-seat conference center, event space, bike and scooter charging room, a fitness center, and a spa, Commercial Observer reported. In addition, the property has 20,000 square feet of outdoor space across multiple floors and the rooftop.
