Retired Tennessee Titans linebacker Derrick Morgan has plans to launch his own opportunity zone fund, reported Forbes.
There are 8,700 designated opportunity zones across the United States, which are required to have a poverty rate of at least 20 percent or a median household income that is less than 80 percent of that of the surrounding area.
