New York Life Real Estate Investors finances newly-remodeled high rise in New York

New York Life Real Estate Investors has provided $103 million in financing for a 209-unit high-rise apartment in New York City.

The newly-renovated Lanthian Apartments, located at 377 East 33rd St., features recently-upgraded unit interiors, common areas and building amenities.

“We are pleased to originate another loan and expand our relationship with Verbena Road Holdings,” said Keith Duane, director in New York Life Real Estate Investors’ Northeast Regional Office. “The asset is in a prime location set to benefit from the nearby growth and commitment of the NYU Langone Medical Center and the development of the Alexandria Center for Life Sciences.”

As of June 30, New York Life Real Estate Investors had more than $56.3 billion in assets under management.
