New York Life Real Estate Investors acquires class A office building in Florida

New York Life Real Estate Investors has purchased a 10-story, class A office building in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., for an undisclosed amount.

The 189,000-square-foot property is considered one of the top suburban office buildings in the market and is located in a highly amenitized area. It is in close proximity to Downtown at the Gardens, a shopping mall anchored by Whole Foods; The Gardens Mall, a 1.4 million-square-foot regional enclosed mall; and Legacy Place, a specialty retail center comprising more than 424,000 square feet.

The asset is located within a few blocks of I-95 and is walking distance from the proposed site for the new Tri-Rail commuter train station in Palm Beach Gardens.
