New York Life Real Estate Investors, a subsidiary of New York Life Insurance Co., has purchased a 205,286-square-foot building in the North Hollywood Arts District for an undisclosed amount.
The class A office property located at 5161 Lankershim Blvd. features lounges, sleek private offices, a boardroom and two classrooms that can be combined to fit up to 80 people. It also offers secure bike storage, electric charging vehicle stations, a fitness center, parking garage, outdoor spaces and a tenant lounge.
New York Life Real Estate Investors purchased the property from Beacon Capital Partners, which provided major upgrades to common areas, building amenities and the outdoor patio area.
