Miami-based Rialto Capital Management has collected $80 million for its new real estate investment vehicle, Rialto Real Estate Fund IV – Property, according to an SEC Form D filed on March 17.
An equity fundraising target was not disclosed for the fund, which has been backed by 109 investors to date.
The new fund’s launch follows on the heels of a $620 million fundraise for the firm’s Rialto Real Estate Fund IV – Debt fund. It is unclear whether this was a final close because an equity fundraising target was not disclosed in the filing.
