The New Mexico State Investment Council has announced a search for a real estate and real asset analyst based in the Alburquerque-Santa Fe area.
The analyst role will focus on the oversight, evaluation, sourcing and management of the Council’s real estate and real asset portfolios, according to the position overview. Real estate and real assets account for nearly 24 percent of the sovereign wealth fund’s total allocation. The position involves contribution to investment due diligence, portfolio construction, valuation review, manager monitoring and the development of analytical tools and processes.
