New Jersey commits $75m to Stonepeak infrastructure fund

The $75.96 billion New Jersey State Investment Council has committed $75 million to Stonepeak Infrastructure Fund III, according to a board meeting document.

Stonepeak Infrastructure Fund III, managed by Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners, a North America–focused infrastructure investment firm, invests in mid-sized infrastructure deals in North America. The fund is seeking to raise $5 billion in total equity commitments.

The fund has also received commitments from the $74.2 billion Oregon Public Employees Retirement Fund, the $13.6 billion Maine Public Employees Retirement System and most recently the $8.2 billion Employees’ Retirement System of Rhode Island.
