An affiliate of Walton Street Capital has acquired a new, fully leased, 998,472-square-foot, class A, dual rail-served bulk distribution center near the Port of Savannah and within Savannah Gateway Industrial Hub’s 20 million-square-foot development in Effingham County, Ga.
JLL Capital Markets marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Broe Real Estate Group, an affiliate of The Broe Group.
