Norges Bank Real Estate Management has announced the nominations of Romain Veber as chief investment officer of Europe and Per Løken as chief investment officer of the United States.
Both come from senior positions in NBREM.
The firm’s investment strategy is to invest at a steady pace. Investments will be evenly distributed between Europe and the United States.
Veber joined NBREM in October 2011 as a portfolio manager for real estate investments in Paris.
Løken also joined NBREM in 2011 to focus on real estate investments in the United Kingdom. He was promoted to business manager in 2014, and most recently he served as interim investment director.
