CBRE Investment Management has brought on Nathalie Viens as managing director and head of asset management for the firm’s private infrastructure strategies.
Viens, who has extensive operational and asset management experience in the renewable energy, transport and fiber sectors, will be responsible for developing and managing the firm’s private infrastructure asset management strategy and implementation across the portfolio.
Prior to joining CBRE IM, Viens was an operating partner in the CDPQ infrastructure group’s global portfolio. She also had prior leadership roles with Veolia Canada, SNC-Lavalin and Accenture.
Viens is a member of CBRE IM’s direct private infrastructure investment committee.
