Mynd Match Development Group has plans to develop The Commons, a $111 million mixed-use project in downtown East Point, about seven miles south of downtown Atlanta. The project was approved by the East Point City Council in November.
The development is on nine acres and will consist of new commercial, retail, residential, greenspace and public art.
