Morgan, a vertically integrated multifamily investment, development, and management firm, has been selected by Howard Hughes Communities to manage more than 3,250 residences across 11 premier rental communities in The Woodlands and Bridgeland, two of Greater Houston’s most sought-after master-planned communities.
The new assignment encompasses eight communities in The Woodlands: One Lakes Edge, Two Lakes Edge, 1 Riva Row, Creekside Park The Grove, Creekside Park The Residences, The Lane at Waterway, The Millennium Six Pines, and The Millennium One Waterway Avenue, as well as three communities in Bridgeland: Starling at Bridgeland, Lakeside Row The Residences, and Wingspan. Morgan delivers end-to-end leasing, resident services and on-site operations across all 11 communities, implementing boutique-style, high-touch management that aligns with Howard Hughes standards for service and asset quality.
