Montecito Medical has acquired an 11,118-square-foot medical building in Hammond, Ind.
The building is 100 percent occupied by the Williams Eye Institute and serves as the group’s flagship location. The property is situated approximately 25 miles south of downtown Chicago.

Montecito worked alongside Entheos Capital Partners in completing the transaction.
