Montecito Medical has acquired an 11,118-square-foot medical building in Hammond, Ind.
The building is 100 percent occupied by the Williams Eye Institute and serves as the group’s flagship location. The property is situated approximately 25 miles south of downtown Chicago.
“We are thrilled to make another medical real estate acquisition in one of the nation’s most attractive and dynamic markets and to build a relationship with this outstanding group of medical providers,” said Rus Gudnyy, senior vice president of investments at Montecito Medical.
Montecito worked alongside Entheos Capital Partners in completing the transaction.
